    • Warrior II (II Virabhadrasana): Turn your front foot out to the side and extend your arms out to the side. Hold for a few breaths before changing sides.
    • Triangle Pose (Trikonasana): Take one leg back with a wide stance, extend your torso forward toward the front leg, aiming to touch the ground with your hand or forearm. Extend your other arm upward. Hold for a few breaths before changing sides.
