Great post @kristaluton! I'm looking forward to learning yoga with you. It's amazing what our bodies are capable of when we keep them moving and the fact that you mention the 99 yr old who is still active and fit is testament to that. The little time I spent doing yoga last year, I noticed my energy levels improve. ❤❤
Definitely looking forward to doing Yoga with you ❤❤❤ Keeping moving is SO important. I think that it's possible a lot of the shit that comes with old-age is caused by the fact the people just stop moving.
Yes I agree. It's the mentality of it too. We assume that as we get older we shouldn't do as much or can't do as much as in our youth. But these beautiful people in their twilight years are testament to that we don't need to slip into the status quo of growing older. ❤❤
