Morning Yoga and Sunbathing
My morning stretching at the campsite 🐖🌿☘
Every morning I do stretching and practicing some yoga. I love to expose my body to the morning sunlight, feel morning breeze, inhale fresh morning air and fragrance of grass through the nose and breathe out all worries, doubts and negative thoughts (if I have some) through the mouth. This called pranayama breething 🐽
Morning stretching helps to prepare my body and my mind for the first meal and improves digestion 🐽🐽
