Hey Yogi Steemians!

Just filmed a cross-mat sequence here in Thailand based off of Andre Lappa's Universal Yoga

If you guys havn't heard of this type of yoga, I HIGHLY recommend giving it a try, the balance you feel in your mind and body is absolutely profound.
