Thank you soulturtle! Its nice to be here. So cool you are from the motherland! I'm looking to go to Mysore next year which will be my first trip to India. When I found yoga I was in my early 20's, it has literally transformed my life in almost every way imaginable. It all started with the physical aspects and getting healthy for me, as at that time I was in the worst state physically I've ever been. Through the asana's or postures/movements one finds that channels open and we expand into new spaces we didn't know were there before. There are 8 limbs to yoga and the physical postures is only 1 part. However, it's typically the best starting point for many.
