hey @edgeland cool! Are you doing the full primary mysore style?
@theroliyogi, I do Surya Namaskara A and B, the fundamental positions, about half of the primary series, and then most of the finishing sequence. I'm adding in the asanas one at a time and I still can't do a handstand without the wall. Do you practice the whole thing?
not the whole, depends on my daily condition. :)
