So true. I practice Ashtanga Yoga for almost 11 years now and I built up some strengh for sure. Since in Ashtanga you do a lot of push up like movements, I started doing pull ups at home in addition to my yoga practice. I feel that it really makes a difference especially in my wrists and shoulders. I highly recommend that. Have a lovely evening :-)
