If it's natural then we really have no option to do anything right?
Have you checked if Fracking has increased in the area? Maybe increased activity due to oil companies pumping the ground with water, shifting pressure everywhere.
Actually, fracking causing more smaller quakes would relieve the pressure of a larger quake.
If the caldera was in danger of erupting, then the fix may be to drill multiple fracking type holes around the area in order to set off smaller quakes to relieve the pressure.
