HOW TO GET COMMITTED FOLLOWERS ON STEEMIT
What's actually the essence of having numerous followers when their presence is not felt in our daily content?
It's been four months of coming on board and I can say that my journey so far has been encompassed with ups and downs, perseverance, high expectations and faith that things will keep improving as time goes on.
It could really be disheartening and frustrating taking out time to research and develop contents that nobody upvotes or comments to especially when we have so many followers who are not supportive to our growth.
Also I've come to see contents which were not as good as mine having lots of recognition, engagements and high upvotes/rewards which made something ring a bell in my head that
It's not enough for people to follow you but the value they add in making you progress, succeed and feel motivated to do more for the community.
HOW TO GET DIE-HARD FOLLOWERS?
What really attracts people to your blog?
To me, getting followers is very easy but getting followers that love what you do and support that you do is not. The question now is how do I go about this? Truth is endearing people to you is not a day job. Infact, blogging is not just a business, it is a business that requires your resources. It requires your time, energy, finances and intellect to produce your best.
It is a business that also requires dedication, commitment, learning, perseverance to make headway and enjoy it's dividends if not now, in the future.
GETTING STARTED
TAKE STEEMIT AS YOUR BUSINESS
Take your time to create quality contents that are non-resistable. Starting with a unique/catchy headline, to quality pictures, great write-up, correct use of diction, unique writing styles and use of proper hash-tags. Consistentency in providing exceptional and original works is the beginning of getting noticed trust me.
RESPOND TO YOUR COMMENTS
When you get a comment, whether a good or bad one, respond to them. By doing so, people get to know you, love you and have no other option than to click on the follow button, just because of one amazing comment you made.
No use of insults no matter how one disagrees with your post, be nice and respond maturedly at all times. Remember, everyone has their perspectives about things and that should be respected.
VISIT YOUR FOLLOWERS/READERS BLOG
Make your readers, followers and followers, readers.
This isn't as easy as said especially for people like me who go to work and have little or no time to get to know their followers better. Truth is we all need each other to succeed here and focusing on posting and beautifying your blog always is not always the best to getting dedicated/true followers. Truth is, if you take out time to visit your readers and followers post, upvote and drop a beautiful comment often, you will surely get noticed and they will have no other option but to visit yours again and again.
JOIN COMMUNITIES OF LIKE-MINDS
Connect with friends who do similar things as you do. To me, this is not just for getting noticed but to also learn and improve in your field. If you do motivation, join a motivation Community, if you are an artist, join the artist family. There are so many of them available, do well to locate and connect with them. You can't make progress just all by yourself.
STAND OUT
Be they best you can be always. Keep your readers expectations high by being versatile and unique at all times. When you don't know what to write, I think you should take a break. It's better to be consistent with exceptionally great post than performing below expectations because of your desire to be consistent.
WHAT IF I DO ALL THESE AND SEE NO IMPROVEMENT?
When this thought comes to play, think of how hard you have to work for others, the hours spent in doing that and tell me what you think.
Giving up on Steemit is not a loss to them but to you as an individual. Steemit is not just a social media but a platform given to you on a platter to monetize your skill and sell your products to the world and seriously, it should not be given up on, no matter what. At times, we get our rewards at an unexpected time and sometimes, when we are about to reap the fruit of our labour, we give up and loose out completely which should not be your case.
Never say never. Don't be discouraged or let anyone let you be. Rather check your blog and try to change something about they way you do things, it could be that your headlines are not catchy enough, it could be as a result of lack of diversity... check and make corrections.
Keep trying the best you can and I know that one day, you will look back with a smile that you didn't give up.

No point giving up on Steemit where you can mine Cryptos with the mind. Sometimes, it could be really annoying creating good content with very low or no rewards. Preserverance and patience is needed at all times
