Is that Steem's distribution is automatic???

I just want to explore this thought today: Steem's distribution is automatic?That's it, we don't vote to distribute at all. instead of the protocol distributes @steemit blockchain according to evolving set of rules, set by the community, through on going discussions. All payouts are made of this set of rules,its can be seem on the blockchain, so that it's a setup. Is that better for user experience and satisfaction? There's nothing to do better about, I think. Just let they do their job. But these they are not exactly closed rules. They are open to be rearrange by the community through discussion.

I think, they doesn't working in favor of a better proof of brain, the next thing is, to have discussing to improve the rules and make the money part more like an invisible background thing for 95% to 99% of users. I belief that,Everyone who wants to evolve the @steem distribution rules, and wants free to do so through discussion.

Maybe now, it's really boost steem's adoption as everyday social tool. remember that, my discussions is only that subject, what will really just computer's programs that are logically-intertwined with the distribution-rules.
let's find, What will think @steemians or steem users about steem's rules for all kinds of distribution- from content to account activity. Speed posters are always getting to earn huge, somehow don't has limits such a thing in the automated distribution. But is that be social?
