ALV Airdrop for XRP Holders

A new token is being created on XRP's ledger. Ripple doesn't seem super thrilled about it, but since it's an open source ledger, there's nothing they can do other than simply say they're not supporting it or promoting it in any way. ALV seems like an interesting project though.
