What is this riddle all about?

Ripple Riddler is posting cute riddles for XRP community, and I have to say I got into solving this riddles as well. We do not know who it is and if this person has any inside information or not but time will tell for sure, so why not posti it here and come back to it after some time as see how exact this predictions were.

As of today XRP is below $0.30 and we ( I mean XRP investors ) all hoe for world wide adoption of Ripple technology that uses XRP as well, and of course price rise.  Let's not lie to our self's we are here for the money ;)
