IBM confirms 40 Banks will use Stellar-based IBM World Service - XLM is now moving up

I have found some recent news about Stellar XLM.
Apparently, some 30-40 banks will use XLM.

I am still trying to find out if this is real or not but it seems that the news is not that new.
