I know... it's a challenging prospect or not if well done.

for me there are few things that have to be understood.

1. what ever is extracted don't fuck the water. it's critical, as 1st to support the local long term, the peasants, who may produce for chinese markets, and for them to not suffer any health condition from extraction. I know it will cost more, but it's the opportunity to deploy and test the clean extractive techs.

2. I believe with the locals it's only brutal honesty, no game, no narrative, just tell as it is. they aren't the type to fall into the narrative and the footprints will be visible.

3. corruption, the corrupts locals at the central level, will push for non clean tech extraction, will not care about the locals, we shall not fall with them, as much I don't see a problem to pay their fees, there is no way to take their ways. and as such rather than only focus on the central authority or local authority we have to provide for the locals. I think they are challenging concerning certain aspect of modern science, but they will accept healthcare, specially in reproductive and age pain, farming technique and starting seeds and herds... so while the fees are deplorable, by supporting really the locals (orbiting them) we can gain the support necessary that once they overthrow the corrupts we can stay and thrive with them, rather than be against them. and that's the critical aspect with them, not against them.

4. it's their home, their ways, however they will accept have to stop them at the border of china, meaning that yes it will possible for them to have enough to expand, but I hope they will see that expansion against the center of gravity is an impossible path.

5. preparing for the zackaharenkos... meaning the enemies of china will move to this very soon against plaoc - mss officers worldwide.

against that there is only one option, telling them before hand that there will cost associated with any injury or problem with any one of us.
