A quick question on body build. I have a thin build but somehow my belly is getting bigger and rounder through age. Any exercise that could effectively reduce my belly size? Thanks and have a nice day.

Hi @wilkinshui! To reduce yout belly size you should do some aerobic exercises....walking, hiking or aesy running. When training keep your HR under @75% of your max HR(220 - your age). And I would advise your to do also weight trainig twise a week to train and built some muscles.
