3.Team

I found the team good. They have enough experience in the tech industry and in entrepreneurship, however, based on my experience so far in the crypto market I found very crucial to have a strong blockchain team and a strong marketing team. I think xDAC team should really work on this more to make its good team a great team. Also, I believe they need a couple of very good crypto industry advisors. Crypto market's dynamics are different. In the recent months ICOs from the US struggling because of this so they should think about this before it is too late. Since they are in their pre-ICO stage I was not strict on the partnership aspect of the whole ICO, but it is crucial to have strong partners, at least this is how the crypto market works right now.

4. Token metrics

The token metrics are very similar to the other similar ICOs. I believe token pricing is fair. Most of the ICOs that had cheaper token prices (which eventually made the total raised money less than conventional) did a lot greater when they got listed on the first exchange e.g. Zilliqa had a very good pricing on the tokens and it did over 20x in the first quarter. I believe 45% discount for pre-ICO participants is a bit higher since most of those investors dump their tokens right at the opening which really pushes the price down. Their bounty campaign is well designed that can get the word out and make it hyped.

5.Conclusion

All and all this is a very good idea that can become a bit hit. The selection of EOS as the platform to build the xDAC platform on top of it is a good choice. The team is good, but it should be improved on blockchian engineers and marketing team to bring partnerships. The token metrics are ok, however the price of the token could be a bit cheaper to give xDAC a jump start when it hits the first exchange.
