XAPO debit card new regulation for outside Europe

I got my XAPO debit card and try to use it at any ATM in my country and it works fine although the fees are a big high...

Here is a screenshot of one of my transacation on the 30th August...

As you guys see the the total fee charged is BTC0.00102066 per transaction , better withdrawal your money in big amounts!

But then i got this email from XAPO...

So what im saying here is it can be withdrawn and the card doesnt take long to purchase, if also tried TENX but till now im still in waiting list maybe because of the demand....

Conclusion: If you are willing to pay big fees to debit money straight from any ATM that has VISA logo than go ahead, and dont forget you better have an address at EUROPE....
