If Roman really has/had leukaemia fans would have known about it or he would have mentioned it surely? Fans know so much with shoot interviews and past performances from the indies and with other companies. Also isn't it this time of year they promote Susan Komen?
I was thinking about this. I think it's real but Vince is manipulating Roman's health as a work angle to get him over. Seth's reaction seems genuine to me.
