What if we nuked them first?
Russia and china coordinating a massive cyber attack on our power grid then launching EMP'S seems like a huge pain in the ass, so why don't we just do it to them first? They will have no idea what hit them. What if we used some of our satellites to launch an EMP on them before they can launch their nukes at us?
