🌍 Travel Blog S1E1: My exciting road trip to Frankfurt am Main (Preview)

Me and my family decided to visit our relatives in Frankfurt, Germany in May this year. We visit them every year, but this time we took a little different route than usual.

From point F (our home, Domžale) we drove to Nürnberg where we visited the "Reichsparteitagsgelände" (point B). The same day we moved from point B to point C, Rust — Europa Park. We slept the night in a nice hotel in Rust where I had the spontaneous idea: "Why not visit Verdun as we are only 300km away, and we aren't gonna visit the theme park again the day after tomorrow " (we planned to stay for two days at Europa Park at first). I reserved a cheap B&B hotel for tomorrow, and we were ready to go.

But before we went to Verdun, we of course visited the theme park first. It was a bit rainy and not many people were there, we could ride every attraction without waiting! At the end of the day we drove to Verdun, France.

When we finally arrived (at around 1:00 AM), we were extremely tired from the long day in Europa Park and saw another "surprise". We didn't receive the code for the reception machine which gives you the key. After 1 hour we got our key and went straight to bed. Fortunately the hotel and room were great and cheap!

The next day was one of the best days of my life as we explored the Verdun battlefield area, but more about it in the future! :)

The same day (I know, we've done everything in one day, again) we drove to our final location, Frankfurt am Main where we stayed for longer and experienced some great stuff as well!
