Talking your problem out is good, but you need to know who to tel so your problems do not become a public matter to be devoured by the wolfs. I have not been in therapy, but from people that I know that have been. I heard it is good and works. However human beings differs, what works for Mr X may not work for Mr Y
True... A therapist has to be confidential enough with their clients problems,this helps a client to build trust in his or her therapist.
