Hungry all the time. Research presented in the Society for the Study of Ingestion Behavior revealed that fatigue can produce hunger all day, since sleep is spared which increases the levels of a hormone called ghrelin, which causes hunger.
You do not know where you leave things. You look for the keys and you can not find them, you can not concentrate. Fatigue can produce cognitive problems in your body that make it difficult for you to put the attention to your tasks or activities.
