Forbearance is the most beautiful hand that is always in the heart that is not swayed by the brain's chant
If you are patient it is just as if you are hugging your heart with great composure, stroking it with tenderness, and if your heart has calmed down, you will instantly feel the beauty of life, and pervade the meaning of every reality without regret
because in a quiet heart there is a very noble sense, a sense in which we always grateful for what has been given to us even if it is bitter.
