Welcome to the jungle: Christmas shopping.
Earlier today I was watching a local news report about the sea of people who would rather buy last-minute Christmas gifts in the quest to get some special discount (especially when gifts are bought in reasonable quantities) in Christmas prices.
When I saw so many people coming and going through the floors of the malls I came up with the idea:
"The malls look like jungles where the customers are the animals fighting to get the best food, if they have to, they even fight between themselves."
Remember Black Friday? So...
Is it really worth all this effort just to fulfill a mere formality of the calendar? Would not Christmas be much more important than an exchange of gifts (often among people who are not even that close)?
