Japan: An inexhaustible source of innovation.
I believe that the first thought of many people (and here I also include myself) when talking about Japan, is to think how much they are an incredibly creative people with regard to the technological field. But who said that this crew doesn't innovate in other aspects?
So, I was looking at a sequence of photos with several interesting moments that marked this year, I ended up getting caught up with this photo ... A technique known as "Otonamaki".
"Otonamaki" is a therapy that involves wrapping people's bodies in a tightly woven cloth to simulate the environment of the uterus.
The benefits (every 20 to 30 minute session) related to this technique include improving body flexibility, improving neck pain, headaches, shoulders and stretching of muscles.
According to psychotherapist Orie Matsuo:
"As it appears to be and as it is they are completely different."
She is responsible for applying the technique in her office (located in Ikeburo).
Look at this interesting "trip".
