Female is considered to be the power of creation. It is meant to empower women by empowering them to develop the power of this creation - social, economic, political justice, freedom of thought, faith and worship and the equal opportunity opportunity.

Without women empowerment, women can not get real freedom in the country and society. She can not take deal with the old age beliefs and idiots. You can not take your own decision after getting rid of the straps. In the absence of women empowerment, she can not become worthy that she can get her own independence and authority over her decisions.

Women empowerment can play an important role in getting women's rights and equality opportunity. Because women empowerment does not just prepare women for livelihood, but they also prepare an atmosphere for awakening women's consciousness inside them and getting rid of social atrocities.

Feeling the need for women empowerment in the creation of a better society, every year, 8 March is celebrated as International Women's Day in the world to awaken the female power on the world screen. A theme is fixed on this day dedicated to women empowerment. This theme is kept separately every year. The theme of this year 2017 is "Be bold for change" to improve women's condition, women will have to go bold by themselves. Because women are the consciousness of the world, Maya, love, and liberation.

Traditional ideology has been praised in the role of woman's wife and mother since ancient times, but in human terms she has always been considered as very much. Considering women as a male cure, social oppression has been done.

In the situation of women, the decadent decline began with the growth of farming societies and the birth of the States. In this, the central organizational principle of Caste-System, in Hindu society, was the main role of the ideology of the patriarch. Talk about the social reform movement in the 19th century or the national independence struggle of the 20th century, the woman has realized her power by participating with men and bypassing old beliefs.

Today, in our psyche, the identity of women is not emerged from a picture of a woman full of independent, inquisitive and confident, a picture of such a struggling woman emerges, whose home obligation is the same. Now the situation is demanding that the resentment towards the traditional form of self-consciousness and self-esteem has ceased after one level. Remembering or recalling past things does not make any difference to the situation of women. Half of the country's population will have to go through the reality of the great truth. It will be seen that what will be the difference between national and international level, whether or not women's work in any important area. But the whole path of women empowerment can not be crossed by one long jump, it can be crossed only after walking on the step.

Today, in the entire system, the need for re-evaluation and analysis of the ritualistic issues related to women, the right of that decision has been kept by the male system so far. The struggle of woman's assimilation is at double level because her struggle is not linked to merely identifying her own power, but the issue of her struggle and development is linked to each other.

Presently women play an important role in the production and reproduction work, however, the contribution of women in rapid economic development and social change remained invisible and unreliable as they were expected to play stereotypes and traditional role.

The economic role of women has been neglected while being economically self-sufficient for empowerment is absolutely essential. To be economically self-reliant, it is very important for women to be educated, but still there is a lack of adequate education system for women in India. An educated woman can lead this great campaign. Apart from this, effective prevention of women's health, sexual violence in the society, and the rising incidents of prostitution are an effective way.

Women should be given full opportunity to develop according to their ability and abilities, and women's empowerment need to be updated in the national policy, as well as a change in women's thinking towards women.

Women are an integral part of human beings. It is natural for the situation to have an impact on the society and its position on society. Only men participate in society building and women should be kept in captivity in the cage, it is unfair. In this, there is a disadvantage to the women and the society, the men imposing restriction can not escape the loss. Woman is consciousness form. He can also take responsibility for family operations, but can also contribute significantly to the formation of society.

Development of any country and society of the world is not possible in the absence of women empowerment. It is the duty of the entire human race to provide a clean and suitable environment for the development of society for the advancement of society.

In society, both women and men should be given an equal status. On the day when the distinction between woman and man will end, a new era will start in our society on that day. But even today, women are facing physical and mental violence in the social sector.

Under the Indian National Law 2001 National Women's Policy was passed. Laws were made to empower women in all areas like men but it is unfortunate that for more than 15 years the national women policy was created in the name of giving rights to women, women empowerment was not done even today. Slogans and speeches of women empowerment are given, but in reality today the condition of women in society is very worrisome.

In order to bring the women in mainstream, our government declared the year 2001 as the empowerment of women. It is absolutely true that only after empowering women in every area of half the population, the country will be empowered and in true sense it will be fully developed.
Despite economic and technological changes, violence against women is not taking the name. It is a strange irony that the woman who is the basic link to the security of the home, family and society, today is the violence against her. The truth is that in a civilized society, violence against women is in no way acceptable and forgiving.

In Indian ancient culture, the woman has been called herself as a form of power. Women empowerment is needed to make the same woman power stronger. Through which he can walk from road to house, from school to office, to walk everywhere, free from all the bonds of society and take his own decision. He is so strong that he can not dare to see him in a wrong way.

Healthy society can be created only through women empowerment. This matter has been recognized by all the countries around the world and therefore, in the constitution of the country, women have been given equal rights of men in every field without any discrimination. Women's empowerment scheme "National Women's Commission" has been set up to improve the status of women and "State Women's Commission" has been set up in various states which are continuously strive for improvement.

Although the importance of woman lies in her sacrifice, penance, service and dedication. Where is the woman woman without these feelings, and maybe that is why the man is said to be harsh and gentle to the woman. It would not be exaggerated to say that the woman is the highest development of the soul, on whose strength all the good deeds have remained. Therefore nature has given it such a beautiful charming cover.

The life of Typical Women is the essence of service and dedication. But the number of sympathetic men who understand this dedication is very small. Most men ignore these characteristics of a woman and understand her soft feelings as her compulsion and thus introduce her mental chronology. This tragedy is half part. This is the aim of empowering women to bring the population ahead and empower them.

In 2016, thousands of women in Istanbul in Turkey protested against the bill, in which there was a provision that if a person accused of raping a minor girl married him, he would not be punished. This bill was withdrawn after raising the voices of women.

In India, there is no shortage of women who have scarcely feared their inner fear for change in society and women's honor. One such example is the surya Sabari of Saharanpur. Very much is the first Muslim woman who raised voice against three divorces. Ravi Javalgekar, who fought the battle of justice against acid victims, failed to stop the action but he did not fight for justice. There are many examples in our country which are becoming synonymous to empowerment of women.

Today efforts are being made to empower women power in every sense. The result is also being seen, the women have become aware, they have changed the thinking that they can play better than any one from the family and the family.
