Before i begin this post i want to apologize first for the lack of pictures within the post.I use a phone with a very very very bad camera quality. And i felt that it would be better setting up this post like that rather than spoiling it with very bad images but i assure you that this story would be interesting such that you can visualize everything that happened.

So I woke really late this morning like really late, nine forty something A:M and this was due to my late night browsing( I subscribed for a midnight bundle and i ended up sleeping by 5AM ).

I was really late for the class i had this morning.. The normal truant side of me suggested i skip the class.I refused.I had missed enough "Particulate Engineering" classes this semester and in my school attendance really matters.I did the necessary morning rituals and left for class.I arrived by 10:50AM.Fifty minutes past the commencement of the lecture. As if i cared.

Soon enough i caught up with the lecture. It was on "Settlement of fluids in a reactor" and the calculations involved.
The class was over in no time and i met @ungest who was about having his own class(yeah we're in the same faculty ,only that he's in mechanical engineering while I'm in Chemical engineering)
We discussed a bit about STEEMIT.While we were standing and chatting a few guys caught bits of our conversations and were really interested. One guy was like "abeg wetin the thing be?? how i fit join now??(Thats in pidgin language.Translated :Please what is it about? Can i join now??).It was really cool seeing the interest shown. One of the guys was my coursemate and i promised to intimate him on it.Hopefully these ones will join the STEEMIT ranks soon..
Also met up with @engrbrain1 too who was having the same class with @ungest.

Left them soon enough and headed back to my hostel so i could go to town and arrange some of my affairs. You see i had one hell of a to-do list today.
I boarded a bus to town and alighted at Skye bank at the Uyo plaza. After joining the ATM queue and waiting for quite some time my turn reached and i withdrew some cash.
My next stop was to pay for my faculty dues at Ecobank inside the school campus. It was quite some distance Mehn.I finally reached the bank after feeding my eyes richly with the beautiful people on the campus. You see our campus is quite scanty with regards to population compared to the town campus. So you see a lotta people when you come here.I arrived Ecobank and luckily for me there weren't much people in the bank, about 7persons or thereabout including the cashier at her desk and the security guard at his post.Three persons were on the line and i hopped in.
A girl was in front of me and there was that normal instinct to strike up a casual conversation but my shyness wouldn't let me.I discarded the thought.
I then payed for the dues and had to get change. The funny cashier brought out an array of hundred Naira notes for me to pick from
About four of them.Mehn!! what came first to my mind was : "This notes have seen better days".Like they were uglier than ugly. Some were torn so badly by the edges while some were held together by pieces of transparent tape.I had to choose one and choose i did.

I left the bank and after walking a few metres i bumped into @Ifioklee we talked for just a few minutes and he headed back home and i headed to go pay my departmental dues at another bank.
I boarded a tricycle since it was quite some distance and i was already getting tired from the running around which just started. After haggling the price from 50Naira down to 30Naira i hopped in and reached the bank.Lots of people were outside the ATM stand.I was a bit selfconscious.I shrugged and entered the bank.Wow!! the gust of cool wind that hit me was really soothing.I felt like i was in Nirvana.I got the account number to pay in the departmental due to and waited for a while on the queue considering the fact that the queue here was less than that in the first bank."Such service"! I said in my mind. "They'd better situp or else....."
I eventually paid for the due and was impressed when the male cashier gave me a mint 200 naira note as change for the clean 1000 naira note i gave him.I sat for a while in the banking hall typing some part of this story and also recieving some cool air. After barely 20 minutes i decided to leave and remembered my "Engineering Economics" class had started an hour ago which was 3pm and decided to call a friend to sign for me on the attendance list only for me to be told that the class was cancelled.I was a bit ecstatic.

Since there was no class and i had the whole day to myself i decided to spend some more time in town.It then occured to be me that today was "Itam market" day.It is a big market day in Uyo ,Akwa-ibom state.I decided to visit the market to get a few things.I grabbed a few clothing articles and spent about an hour plus there and by the time i was done shopping it was already six Pm.I had to slimfit a few of the clothes though.
After that i had my dinner at a restaurant before heading back to my hostel and now I'm so fagged out and sprawled on the bed and as i put down the last words of my story i reiterate my apologies for not taking pictures.
So that's how my day rolled.

Sort:

Haha… can totally relate. That night browsing thang messes up one’s day for real menh.

As for the “beautiful people” you saw in Town campus, Ogbeni just tell us say the fine fine chicks littered everywhere made you resent the dryness of Permanent campus!

Nice romp of a day BTW.

Haha..bad boy!!!
You know these things😂😂😂

I can practically walk through your day, this is so damn expressive... Anyways, thank you for showing me how to buy steem rather than convert ...you're a good man @ubongj👏👏
