RE: Coffee or Tea?

in #writing6 years ago

that’s hard to say because it’s difficult to separate out their different ingredients, their role in one's diet, and their effects on different body systems.
Drinking tea has been linked to lower risks of cancer and heart disease, improved weight loss, and a stronger immune system. Meanwhile, coffee as a potential way to head off not just Parkinson’s but type 2 diabetes, liver disease, and heart problems

Sort:

I think with coffee moderation is key but with teas there doesn't seem to be any reason to cap out the daily intake besides the collective caffeine level.

both beverages have different substance in it... Coffee..Caffeine and tea..polyphenol
Caffeine has its benefit and dosage...tea also have its benefit and dosage.
