Mental illness is a type of disease of the brain. The behavior of man in such a sickness becomes abnormal, and the thoughts and behaviour of the person become abnormal.

Mental disorders can be of two types:

• Mild type of mental illness
• Acute mental illness

Mild mental illness

In this case, the normal feelings of sadness (sorrow, anxiety etc) are very strong.

The symptoms that are seen in this case are:

• unnecessary mental unrest,
• anxiety
• fear,
• headache,
• convulsions breathing,
• cheating,
• doing the same thinking or work repeatedly,
• mental exhaustion,
• depression,
• turmoil,
• resentment,
• helplessness Feeling of mind,
• lack of memory,
• loss of memory,
• insomnia,
• hunger increased,
• tendency to suicide etc.

Acute mental illness

Conduct behavior in this case is definitely abnormal, so the people around it can understand it.

The signs that can be seen in this case are:

• Unconscious fights,
• vandalism,
• going out of the house at night,
• speaking abusively,
• skepticism,
• laughing alone and talking,
• feeling yourself big,
• spending more money,
• normal judgment losing,
• Cannot sleeping properly,
• Cannot eating and drinking properly.

Common mental illnesses are given below:

• Schizophrenia
• Epilepsy
• Histarea
• Depressed
• Drug addiction
