Rainy October Night

Another October. Another night in our favourite bar. Cheap beer and moody music. Your eyes as lovely as ever pierced my heart each time you looked my way, and when you played with your hair felt like you were running your fingers through the strings of my soul. Last time I saw you I thought we were never going to be in the same room again. But there were we. Except for this time, I had a beer in my hand and you were with someone else.
