Do you sabotage your possible successes? Unconsciously aim for failure?

What we say and how we say it can be decisive to achieve success or not and that the language we use is important in NLP.*
What we say or the messages we send to our brain are taken literally if no filter, processes and executes them.

In this sense, Richard Bandler and John Grinder, creators of the theory of PNL (Neurolinguistics Programming), explain that there is a link between the neurological schemes, the language and the limiting behaviors that we have learned throughout our lives. The "NLP" is the study of mental patterns that allows knowing the mental processes that an individual use to encode information, and therefore change the way of thinking and acting. This can be of vital importance for the personal and professional development of individuals as it analyzes the way in which human beings perceive everything that surrounds us through the senses. In addition, it detects the motivations that make us communicate and direct ourselves towards others or towards a specific event in a specific way.

A person who, although he thinks about saving money, is not capable of doing so, squandering his money on unnecessary expenses. Why? Possibly this subject is sabotaging himself, a part of him wants to save money, but another part of him wants to spend money. And this may be that the person does not consider himself worthy of him. The best way to not sabotage ourselves is to be consistent, and that is that according to NLP, this allows us to use personal resources and 100% focused on a common goal.

Finally, it can be said that PLN is a way of programming the mind through actions, thoughts and words that produce emotions that direct our behavior and reactions, converting them into habits and thus into programs. These programs are accepted without realizing and can favor, damage or simply not get the desired result, there are also the programs that each one has installed and in the same way, some can be good and others not so much.
Therefore, through NLP we can know and optimize our capabilities, to improve family and work relationships, have better control of emotions, change behaviors.

It sounds like real logic: Through the language, we can improve our forms of comunication, so we can improve our relations with other people, so we can improve our lifes... It's an important lesson for all of us
