Gullibility Quotient

Recently I saw a video from one of these African countries where a minister in an over sized, faded coat purportedly making a phone call to God. Yeah?

As if that was not incredible enough, God was actually responding. Unbelievable right? Humour me!

What stuck me most is not the Pastor’s outlandish display of a gigantic amount of stupidity and childish foolishness, it was the members GULLIBILITY!

They were screaming and shouting with Joy, making melodious noise in appreciation.

I was reeling with laughter. This was comedy for me. And the people were all clothed ooo, meaning they are civilized, if they were naked, I won’t laugh, I would just assume the Pastor is just taking advantage.

Can this happen in Nigeria? Never I responded immediately.
Nigerians have high IQ, how about GQ is it also high?

The GULLIBILITY QUOTIENT of Nigerians is not that high.

Wait oooooooooooooo, I told myself
Are ministers taking advantage of Nigerians gullibility?

Yes

So what’s the difference?

Suddenly my smile turned to anger!

Nigeria is the worse.

How can a man who can barely afford an okrika suit tell you to bring 150k for prayers? Who needs the money most, you, him or God?
How can family deliverance cost 400k? Abi demons now collect bribe?

How can your mom suddenly be a witch and want to kill you after carrying you for 9 months, labour room, weaning, school fees, pain anguish? You are working and making money, one Pastor tells you she’s a witch and you believe? Please, tell the pastor to start with his mom.

How can your uncle be using JuJu to supposedly terrorise your life, because one prophet doing a calculated guess told you so? Is it that easy to do JuJu now? If it is, why are herbalist not richer than Dangote?

How can God reveal to one prophet that the spirit of death is hovering around you which will be sent away with fasting and prayer and a token to break the fast each day. Is it his/her ‘death’? Why can’t God reveal to you, are you the worse sinner on earth? Or is God scared of you he can’t tell you himself?

Why do you need to give money for white clothes, red clothes, candles, coconut etc which only the prophet knows where to buy so he can pray for you in your absence? Are demons now naked or are they thirsty ni?

How come it’s when God blessed you financially that they will start seeing vision for you? When you were poor were they vision less? Or does God reveal visions to ministers only for the rich?

People are so gullible!
Very high Gullibility quotient everywhere!

In conclusion, if you’re paying for any spiritual service, it’s not REAL, run!!!

God is not mystic. You can feel him everywhere, just close your eyes anytime anywhere and talk to him, he will respond!

Eliminate/reduce your Gullibility quotient!

Don’t be deceived, ONLY YOU can save your self with your faith!

Remember, work out your salvation with fear and trembling!

If God can reveal it today to them he can reveal it to you, only pray and dedicate yourself!
