All " thoughts " matter
One thing some are not taught or don't know is the power of thought. Our thoughts have have power, what we think becomes a mirror to this reality, they start to come to surface and eventually create. Thoughts create the words we speak, the feelings we feel, and the actions we make. To have power over your mind is known to be the one greatest powers that one can have. The way we think can keep you winning or it can keep you losing . If one can possess thought power then one can create the reality he/she wants. To gain this power you have to train your mind to let go of continuous negative thoughts.
When you allow negative thoughts in they weaken you and your environment; it ends up spreading like virus until you change the way you are thinking or your environment. At times our environment may have an impact on the way one does think and the way to get out of it is connect with that one source and to align yourself with that source. Don't let these negative thoughts overpower you nor societies standards.
With all the changes that are going on in this reality it is more so the now time to be patient and kind to yourself during this transformation. Stop judging your journey and comparing to others; celebrate your growth, be free and always remember that your thoughts create your reality.

Your mind effects matter its proven and the first matter it effects is your body.
Your mind can heal the body "the placebo effect" is a good example of this.
