On Writing

It is hard to write.
Knowing that there are writers out there, writing their time away for the greater good while pondering what you can provide.

It is hard to write.
While knowing there are voices to be heard, yet you are drowned out by the multitude of voices around you.

It is hard to write.
Knowing what you write might be drowned out by the voices of more.

It is easy to write.
For there are voices out there waiting to be heard, asking to be seen.

It is easy to write.
For there are more to it than meet the eyes, without a veil so true.

It is easy to write.
For it is just writing, for a life once known.
