If its very distressing I’d see a doctor.

If you just want to try to improve things on your own I’d start with exercise and diet.

If your sleep schedule is erratic you could work on that. If you are socially isolated working on finding some social outlets might help.

Psychotherapy may help. Medication might help. An aerobics class, or karate or yoga might help.
