I remember asking a lady what it was she wanted to make out of life, she said she wanted to be a good mother to her children, and for her, that was the peak of success.

Something revolted on my inside;
' SMALL MIND! THERE IS SO MUCH MORE!'

But eventually, as time went on, my eyes were opened to realise something; the size of your vision doesn't make you, but how you effectively accomplish that which you are set and sent to do.

You come across a group of people and it seems like what's in vogue is the idea of 'striving for more' which is pleasant.

But really, there are people who are content being simple, and NO THEY ARE NOT IGNORANT!

THEY EXIST

They don't wanna be CEO's of companies, they are content just helping and assisting others build their own vision.

They don't want to be founders of companies, they are okay just being a great dad and raising sons who'd be M.A.D(Making a Difference).

THEY EXIST!

Just because they don't relate to your motivational speeches or understand why you get burnt out often doesn't mean they have mediocre minds.

They've heard most of what you've heard and seen most of what you've seen and are content with what you may call 'little'.

THEY EXIST!

The info you get from most multi-level marketers can be so scary that you feel like a complete failure if you can't be your own boss.
But weirdly, some government workers earn much more than business owners do.

Don't be easily swindled, or made to feel less of your self.
The idea is STRETCH YOURSELF TO FULL CAPACITY AND DIE EMPTY

We must understand that our capacities are different, each man has been given his own measure of grace, don't impose.

Everyone is lead by someone

A great man said and I quote 'it is better to be number two in God's will than be number one in yours'.

Know what you're called to do and be great at it.

If you're content with being a manager, by all means manage like no one else would.

Love what you do
