Rape; are there instances were victims should be blamed?

Most times when we see posts about rape and rape victims, people tend to ignorantly blame the victim if unfortunately she was wearing a dress they thought was not decent at the time (especially in this part of the world where I grew up). They would say that she brought it on herself, she should never have put on a dress that showed too much skin in the first place, the dress was sexually provoking. I say, it doesn't matter if she was walking naked, you need a person's consent to have sex with them. Rape can never be justified, rape can never be right at any instance. We should be able to live freely in a world where we can do what we want, say what we want, and wear what we want as long as we're not hurting anyone in the process. Forceful sex is never right. It doesn't matter where the victim was at the time what she was wearing, what said, or what she did or didn't do. If she doesn't say 'yes', she doesn't want it. Let's raise our hands and our voices together to say NO to rape. Let's change our way of thinking and learn to be open-minded, because, together we can heal the world.
