a short story from childhood
when I was younger
I got beaten
by the school teacher
because I said that
the sand is a liquid,
but before slaping me
she asked me
why I tought that
I said that it pours
and takes the shape of the object it gets in
and then she tried to explain us
that the time is a fluid
and it flows and fills the whole space around us
and I asked her
like the sand does in the hourglass?
she said that I am an impertinent
so she put me in the corner of the hallway
and she said that I shall stay there
until all the sand in the hourglass
gets from one side to the other
then she placed the hourglass horizontally
and left
