Introducing ErstklassIch - Motivational Speakers Project

Whoever shares his opinion, has the seed of success within himself. Being successful means seeing the world from a different perspective!   

ErstklassIch is a promising project that has been initiated by motivational speakers, creative artists and businessmen from Hamburg, Germany. They are cosmopolitan, loyal, versatile and successful Entrepreneurs that see the world from a different point of view.   
“Erstklassig” means “first class” in german, and “ich” means “I.”
So ErstklassIch is a wordplay that means: We will help you to push yourself to the first class, to make you become the best version of yourself!   

ErstklassIch is a project for motivational speakers, that I have founded with my partners even before I found Steemit.
Now I want to combine ErstklassIch with the opportunities that Steemit brings!

We will use Steemit as communication platform, to publish our thoughts and motivational texts, as well as Information.

Life is a miracle, and you can and should be amazed by it! That’s why the motivational speakers and artists at ErstklassIch view it as their mission to increase the self-esteem in people, help awaken their hidden talents, and motivating them to achieve their life goals.

This quote by Karl Popper (Philosopher and one of the biggest keen thinkers of the 20th century) describes the essence of life with a few words: Humans are always in a state of personal development.
All Organisms are highly active – everyone is in the process of metamorphosis, improving their environment and looking for a better life.   

ErstklassIch supports and advises their clients and motivates them to achieve their goals. Being “ErstklassIch” means having a positive and realistic tenor and improving our society through optimism and behaving positively.
And not only motivating yourself, but also other people and improving their lives as well.   
The positive tenor that ErstklassIch provides is the key factor for your personal success. A positive tenor leads to more confidence.
A negative tenor on the other hand leads to fear and uncertainty, which then leads to flight and avoidance. As motivational speakers, Inspirators, consultants and businessmen we have our focus on the qualities and wishes of our clients.   
Success doesn’t only depend on your personality, but also very much on your attitude.

ErstklassIch motivates people through humanistic methods.
The main goal is the personality development, in reference to sense of self, self-actualization, self-fulfillment, and sense of responsibility. Humanism focuses on the sympathy for humans themselves, and their values. 

It means that humans are living consciously and have the power to control their own decisions, although the nature of men can never be fully determined.
These are the basic principles of Humanism and of the motivational coaching at ErstklassIch.   

Our future is still undetermined – we can still make conscious decisions to shape our future and change our lives. The myths and perceptions of past centuries are long gone, and have been replaced by modern norms and universal values.
Our values are a big factor that influence the decisions we make in life.   
It doesn’t matter if they are traditional, social, aesthetical, theoretical or economical motives – ErstklassIch helps, supports and promotes.
