What we need to emphasize to ourselves first is not to give up easily. Fight with all your strength, remember what our purpose in working. Although perhaps the atmosphere in the work environment is very impartial to us, do not quickly give up and decided to quit the job.
One way to stay afloat in a work environment that is no longer conducive is to be positive in every step of our work. Do not be influenced by negative thoughts either from ourselves or from our working environment. Keep thinking positive to keep our energy in focus on the job and be self-controlled. Take control of ourselves, do not let us lose with things that may not be necessary.
Perhaps with the unfamiliar work environment conditions, it makes our spirits decrease. Immediately do something to renovate our spirit so as not to loose.
We should not stop learning, keep exploring ourselves, our work, or anything that can improve our ability to work. The emergence of all the problems that exist in the environment is common, make it as our learning media.
