Part I - Emperors of planet Sanddune

It would have been another calm evening in the planet Sanddune.

Wind was quite calm and sand on the planet was quite. It was not a storm day when it would be impossible even to come outside stronghold buildings. Planet was governed by President who had almost unprecedented power to make decisions. And that was obvious as times were tough. Planet Sanddune participated in unprecedented confrontation with planets which refused to join Financial system of planet Sanddune. Confrontation is quite weak word - let's use word which better reflects situation - it was war.

Sanddune was supported by other strong planets which followed Sanddune financial rules. The aim was to introduce only one currency in the whole Galaxy - Sand Monetary Unit. But there were few planets which refused to adopt new rules and these planets were under heavy continuous attacks.

So evening was calm and nice. And actually there was no reason to be afraid - planet Sanddune used extraordinary planet shield preventing from flying from space to Sanddune without permission. There was only one man in the planet who controlled deactivation of the shield - President.

Thus he was very surprised when Supreme General called him and informed that planet is under attack.

• How it might be possible? - asked president. - Our shield is just 10 meters above of planet surface.
• Someone of Pilots of Miracle is involved - answered Supreme General. - He or She transports war ships on our planet surface. It is disaster we should stop it.

President started to think. There were only few so called Pilots of Miracle which might be able to perform such difficult task as they were able to jump through space very accurately. Thus it was possibility that such pilot might jump with small space ship from space just few meters above of planet surface. Amazing accuracy requires - some meters up or down and journey will end in the ground of planet or space ship will be burned inside planet shield. He counted three. But couldn't imagine which one of them as involved in recent action. First one - Tintitan - young man actually living in planet Sanddune. He has no obvious reasons to do it - as his main interests were just to earn money for his celebrations. Second - Morni - from far planet but he is quite old thus doubtful that he might still have enough skills. And third one - his son - Dean - thus almost zero probability it might be him.

So what happened. Who is this Pilot of Miracle. But it is not main question now. Main question who could stop him. And president decided to call Council of War.
