Anyone ask me, how to learn effectively so we can understand it?
Many of us after learning but little that can be learned compared to what is learned.

Here I will share a bit of effective learning.
first. We must understand what concept? And what are we studying for?
What do we learn? And for what we learn ?. So it can bring us to good concentration.
And another effective way is to make a small note that allows you to repeat it at any time, write down the points only, and develop in your own language.

Time also determines whether a person can learn effectively or not. Suppose to look for a special time to learn, so you focus on what is learned, keep things that can divert concentration like mobile phone or so on. Keep your condition to stay healthy, because health can also affect whether someone can learn effectively or not.
