RE: My Vacation On the Exotic Shores of a Black Hole - Part 3

Haha. I like how Julia does not hesitate to leave him behind, very logical but then she takes offense that he does not "like" her. Their exchanges are always good, he should be concerned though because she seems to exhibit a lot of very human-like emotional traits.

Near the end when the laser blows up, was a very easy to spot set up, not that a person wants everything to be some kind of surprise, it was more the exchange between them for me, combine their exchanges with a volatile situation and the rhythm feels a bit , don't -> I will , don't -> I will , BOOM!!! I told you so.

Overall still very well written.

I'm not sure that she actually would. In that part they were sort of doing this thing where they are messing with each other. She's not 100% cold calculating, and he knows it. If she had to leave him, she might, maybe, but not over a timetable. She might not even leave him if it meant her own destruction to try to save him.

I'm not sure if I alluded to it yet at this time, but she's actually a sort of mishmash of personality upgrades. I imagined it as her personality being made up of thousands of files, and he added a few upgrades, and it didn't work out so well. She probably really got on his nerves, and there was likely issues. He then removed parts of the personality, and maybe added a few bits along the way, until he got to here.

The incident outside was more comedy than actually trying to be scary or anything. It was just showing their interpersonal relationship. She knew it was dangerous, but he has a sort of carefree attitude. And then, surprise, the cold calculating computer was right. :P
