PURPOSE AND RELATIONSHIPS

Been posting on purpose lately and today is no exception and i decided to talk about Purpose and relationship.
The issue of purpose is “chain-like”. That is, connected like a chain; it involves not just a part to be called a chain, but the connection of many parts. In a clearer term, purpose is systematic in nature.
When you say you are fulfilling purpose, it simply means impacting others. And when you also get impacted, some else’s purpose is being made manifested in your life. It will be true to say that purpose interconnects humans. So for anyone to fulfill purpose he must get into the chain. You cannot fulfill purpose being alone you must get involved.
Knowing that you cannot fulfill purpose being alone automatically tells you that you have to be in a form of relationship. Again, because you are expected to be in a relationship doesn't mean you have to fling yourself into any how relationship. When going into any kind of relationship, you must be very careful so as not to enter into the wrong relationship. People can “make” you to fulfill your purpose; people can also “mar” you not to fulfill your purpose. Another reason why some fellows who have by grace discovered their purpose, but still live a life of purposelessness is simply because of mingling with the wrong people. Bitter fact; most people think that the only people to be avoided are those with bad attitudes and unhealthy human acts. No!!! That’s not true. As far as purpose is concerned, the people to be avoided are those who aren't your PURPOSE MATE.

Now, the question is: WHO ARE PURPOSE MATES?

Purpose mates are fellows divinely ordained to assist you in fulfilling your purpose. So, not everyone is your purpose mate. Don’t think that because you and a fellow have the same dream that alone has qualified him as your purpose mate. A BIG LIE!!!
I want us to answer some questions that had undoubtedly erupted from your heart having known who PURPOSE MATES ARE.
*WHAT WILL THEY DO FOR ME?
*WHEN AM I TO MEET THEM?
*HOW DO I KNOW THEM?
*WILL THEY STAY FOREVER?
*DO THEY HAVE A SEPARATE PURPOSE?

What will they do for me?
They are to assist you in fulfilling your purpose. They are to strengthen you in all areas so that you can equal the task in fulfilling your purpose. One thing to take note of is that they come in two juxtaposing light and what they are to do is the same thing; “TEACH YOU LIFE” in the following ways:
Push you up: those that are there to make you stand tall.
Pull you down: those that will teach you how to be self-motivated and careful in life.
Love you: those that will make you feel life is so nice and full of fun.
Hate you: those that will make you know that life is not all that fun.
Tell you the truth: those that will make you know things the way it should be known not the way you want to be told it.
Flatter you: those that will make you open to the reality of personal judgment
Tolerate you: those that will make you know that anybody can be forgiven.
Anger you: those that will teach you tolerance and discipline (self-control)
Humble and submissive: teaching you to do same.
Bully you: teaching you self-defense.
Care for you: teaching you to love.
Neglect you: teaching you self-reliance
Inspire you: waking you for greatness.
“Expire” you: teaching you “spontaneousness”.
All the above and more will your purpose mates do for you.

When am I to meet them?
Meeting them isn't your making, but God’s. So, He is the one who ordains the time. But know they are all around you and will assist you when their time come.

How do I know them?
It takes grace and right attitudes to know them. That is why it is advisable to treat everyone with uttermost love because no one knows who his purpose mate is. Their roles might seem major or minor logically rating, but the truth is that as far as purpose is concerned, there is nothing like major or minor roles.

Will they stay forever?
The "forever" here means being with you until your purpose is fulfilled. It depends on the role they are to play and the time they are to come on stage in your life. Some might stay so long and will someday go off and never return, while some will stay only for a while go and come again. In a nut shell, it depends on their role and their time to act.

Do they have a separate purpose?
Of course yes!!!Although it seems they are just there for you, from the reverse view, you also happen to be their purpose mate. As you are in the business of fulfilling your purpose, they are also fulfilling their purpose expect they haven’t discovered it.

Having answered the questions, it is important to keep in mind that relationship can make or mar purpose fulfillment. That is why we must be careful when it comes to going into any form of relationship. In a higher form of relationship (marriage) it has been known that most people who enter into it wrongly will find it very difficult to fulfill they purpose in life if they aren't much more careful and seek the face of God. More also, with a positive mind-set know that any relationship you had been in and didn't work out see it as God’s will to liberate you from the danger of not fulfilling your purpose.
