You are disappointed. Disturbed that (s)he now has the “self-righteousness” bragging rights, not you.
But, given a second shot at apology, would you apologize first?
No, you wouldn’t do that for anything in the world. Yet, you still want the self-righteousness bragging rights all to yourself...you don't wanna share.
