Crypto Stories - Part 1

Have you ever thought of a decentralized God...?

Back in 2018, people still had "jobs" that were time and energy consuming. Unless they forsake monetary rewards, or were very eloquent speakers that could fill up large venues and earn money from it, they had little time to spend on spiritual matters. Religion was centralized.

Today, everything is different. Everything has shifted in a world powered by crypto economy. Everyone can make "money" by doing what they like. People earn sweat coin from working out. They can exchange it for any other utility coin for a good or a service, or into a small fraction of bitcoin for store of value.

Artificial Intelligence algorithms are so powerful that an initiative arose from several sinister alerts on Augur. See, events can be predicted with a precision that was unheard of in 2018, thanks to decentralized forecasting tools such as Augur. Other specialized decentralized networks aim at resolving these issues to prevent future disasters from occurring, or to mitigate risks as much as possible.

As a result of so many alerts and continuing conflicts, the "World Peace Project" rose to reconcile people. Religions were deemed one of the main catalysts used to recruit soldiers - community accepted attackers and murderers, and start wars. The WPP utility token was initially created to reward soldiers defecting from armies across the world. It now also encompasses not only funding for short term conflict solutions, but also an AI-Human alliance that is investigating all past texts previously considered divine, and ways to write a holy book that would appeal to, and lead all humanity to peace.

This is the story of 5 people who played an instrumental role in this project, and 5 people who resisted it...
