My Steemit introduction

Hello everyone!

I am currently working on a Bachelor's of Environmental Science. I would ideally work as a forester or park ranger, afterwards; however, I am open to change course with the winds, if life should prove to motivate me towards other ends. I am in the Huxley extension program, through Western Washington University, because I enjoy learning about the natural environment and furthering my capabilities of discernment and understanding. To be successful in life, I feel that I need to show my daughter how important it is to never give up and to always learn new things. Currently, I work with cement and I make soap, for income. I like to play guitar, hike, write, read and analyze high-strangeness, grow through self-discovery, meditation, and exercise, and ponder upon the universe. I haven't quite figured out what my niche will be on steemit. I have given some thought to sharing my poetry and short stories, as well as, focusing on paranormal aspects of our world. I will let you all know more as I become familiar with this platform and as things progress. Thank you all for having me!
