Depression sneaks into you quietly, initially experiencing little things but choosing to ignore it is like a headache telling yourself
"It is temporary and will go and it is just a bad day" but it is not so you are stuck in this psyche.
You are used to wearing a social mask hiding behind and continue to live among people because this is what you should do is what others do,
But the problem does not go away and suffer when you wear a fake face every day and begins to consume more energy and more
And this makes you sink to the depth more than leads you to move away slowly from your friends and family and sometimes isolate them completely from your life,
The feeling of comfort is nil, the small things that are pleasing to you no longer have value even the simplest tasks
It becomes painful for this reason you do not have the motivators in your life, why continue to try if nothing pleases you?
All these things make you stuck in a vicious circle, suddenly find yourself living in a slow life and similar days,
Just a white noise and a sense of weight fills your eyes and crouches over your body and you will never be happy
And continue to close and destroy your relationships and feel guilty about everything you did or did not do ..
There is a part of you that wants to correct the situation,
It brings you a number of sudden positive feelings that make you want to go out and meet people but it is a short time feeling because you are inside you know that it will not help anyway.
Things that make your friends happy do not care about them, you realize the size of the gap between you and them,
Failure is not an option for you, so in the end you choose to become alone in your isolation where no one asks you any question,
Self-contempt and lack of ambition Two things become annoying and eventually you realize that you can not
Continuing this way becomes two options that may happen either to decide to ask for help or perhaps try suicide ..!
