We believe it was a murder. And now we will explain why.
1 . Left-handed or right-handed?

The first thing you should take into account is the location of the objects on the table. As you can see, both the pen and the ashtray and a can of Coca-Cola are on the left. This means that the owner of those objects is left-handed. However, the gun is in the right hand of the girl, which is already suspicious.

2 . The note on the table

The ballpoint pen to the left of the note indicates that it was written by the victim. However, it is not known whether it is a suicide card or not.
Even though behind the window it is dark, the lamp is off. This is strange, taking into account the fact that the person had poor vision (the lenses prove it). Maybe he wrote when there was light? In that case, it's not a suicide note.

3 . Blood and pod on the table

The blood stain indicates that, if the victim held the gun in his right hand, he would have to be sitting with his back towards the table or towards the wall. However, in this case, the sheath of the bullet should be in another place, not where it is currently.

4 . Signs of struggle

The lack of a flip-flop, the thrown chair and even the unplugged lamp: all these could be signs of a struggle. But even if the last two factors could be explained, the lack of footwear on the feet of the victim or at his side, definitely, looks suspicious.

5 . Cigarillo in the hand

The girl has a cigarette in her hand, which would be weird if she had been killed. Before committing suicide, a person ends their affairs. It is unlikely that the girl, without having finished with her cigar, would have shot herself in the head.

If you analyze all these factors, it turns out that it is a murder.
