Balot
This food is a developing bird embryo (usually a duck) that is boiled and eaten from the shell and commonly sold at the street in the Philippines.
If you are going to asked me if I already tasted balot, well my answer is yes. I like the taste of this food when I putted some salt or vinegar. Some people didn't like balot because of its image. Or they just only eat the yellow part and do not eat the duck.
The Technic of eating this Balot is not to look while eating it and you will know that this food is not that bad as you think :)
